3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to:

  • A signed service agreement
  • The agreed-upon payment schedule
  • Project timeline and deliverables as outlined in the proposal
  • Our standard review and revision process

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Monthly maintenance fees (if applicable) billed at the start of each month
  • Late payments subject to a 5% monthly fee

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

  • Full rights to all approved final deliverables
  • Source files for all completed work
  • License to use all implemented features and designs

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain their own domain and hosting services
  • Secure proper licenses for any third-party materials

7. Limitation of Liability

Cloveloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the passphrase of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
